AtlasLoot - A handy database of all the loot in the game and where to get it.
Atlas - Additional in game maps for dungeons, raids and battlegrounds. Works well with Atlasloot.
Bartender - UI/button customizer to improved/cleaner layouts and additional keybinds.
Cooldown Count - Actual countdown numbers for your cooldowns instead of clock hands animation.
Deadly Boss Mods - Dungeon/raid encounter helper which tells you what to do during the fights.
Details - Damage, heal, and other useful meters.
Healbot - customizable/clickable frame for healing your party without needing to target them.
Move Anything - Addon that allows you to move/resize almost any screen UI element to wherever you want it.
NPC Scan - Will let you know if interesting mobs such as rares are nearby you and allow you to mark them easily.
Quartz - Improved customizable casting bar for you, and your pet/target/focus/boss frames.
Quest Helper - Questing guide that helps you with where to go and shares quest objectives/progress with your party.

Weak Auras - Hugely customizable UI creation tool for alerts, messages, icons, etc. Not for beginners.
